Your alert Level 2 Appointment
Alert level 2 means we are able to operate! But to do so we have some rules and regulations to adhere to in order to keep everyone as safe as possible and remain open!

Rebooking Your Appointment
As soon as the Government announces the date we will move to Level 2, we will begin contacting clients who had an appointment at Levels 4 and 3
Online bookings will be suspended until we have reached everyone
Once we have rescheduled everyone’s appointments we will respond to any emails and voicemails left over lockdown
Please be patient until you hear from us, we will offer everyone a new appointment! You can help by updating your contact details
Before You Arrive at the Salon
Stay Home if You are Unwell
If you are not feeling well when you receive your appointment confirmation message please contact us to reschedule.
We understand how excited everyone will be to finally get their hair done but if you’re sick, please stay home
Salon Receptions are Unattended
Due to high demand and to avoid gathering at the reception area our reception area will be left unattended.
If you need to call the salon you may be required to leave a voicemail. We will get back to you as soon as we can!
If you send a private message to any of our social media handles, we will also get back to you when we can! We appreciate your patience.

At Your appointment
Please wait in your car until your appointment time so that we can clean and sanitise after the previous client, and so we can maintain the permitted number of people in the salon
If your stylist is running behind, they will send you a message to let you know. Again, you can help by making sure we have your up to date contact details
Please Come Alone
We welcome you, but ask you not bring a plus one to your appointment.
Due to Level 2 restrictions we are limited to the number of people allowed in the salon at any one time
Please let us know when booking/rebooking an appointment if you need to bring another person with you. We will do our best to accommodate you
Our NZ COVID Tracer QR Code will be posted at the door of the salon for you to scan on arrival
If you choose not to use the Tracer app, you will need to complete the contact tracing record instead
Wear a face covering & Santise
Please put your face covering on before coming into the salon. If you don’t have your own, we will have a limited supply available
Hand sanitiser will also be available at the door
Refreshment & magazines
To reduce contact as much as possible, we won’t be serving refreshments (tea, coffee, water) during Level 2. Please bring your own drink bottle with you. If you bring a disposable, please take it with you at the end of your appointment
All salons have free wifi available for you to connect to and catch up on your favourite programmes, browse through the news or upload your hair experience to your social media
If you have a payWave card, or have ApplePay/Android Pay on your phone, please choose that as your payment method
We don’t charge any sort of “convenience fee” to use PayWave

These restrictions are in place to keep our salon whānau safe and well, and we appreciate your cooperation
Of course, we will still create beautiful hair and offer a bespoke experience to you all!
