Each appointment begins with our signature consultation – an honest collaboration with you in which we will discuss your desired look and how to achieve it. Our focus is always on you and delivering results.
We operate a No Surprises Pricing policy and we will outline the investment required to achieve your look before starting any service. Charges in addition to the guide below may apply to services requiring additional product or time. Again, we will let you know before starting your service.
To avoid disappointment, appointments are strongly recommended, though we can sometimes accommodate walk-ins and last minute bookings.

Is There An Extra Charge for Thick or Long Hair?
Because long and thick hair takes longer and uses more product, we may need to charge more for your service.
You will be provided with a full quote before we start your service - there won't be any surprise charges when you come to pay.
Do Your Colouring and Foiling Service Pricing Include a Blow Wave?
No, all colouring services require a finishing or styling service (blow wave or cut)

Are Your Stylists Experienced?
Yes indeed! You can rest assured that your hair is in good hands!
We believe in growing and developing the skills of our team and offer tiered pricing depending on the experience level of your stylist.
Apprentices are developing the skills necessary to deliver RU&CO quality services in select areas of their craft. They assist senior members of the team and offer a limited menu of services to our clients.
Apprentices accept model services for curriculum-specific modules until the completion of their training.
Our Emerging Stylists are either new to RU&CO with experience from other salons, offering budget friendly services as they build their clientele; or have joined us early in their career. They are skilled in foundational cutting, styling, and colouring services, and they often collaborate with our Master Stylists for more advanced services.
Booking your service with an Emerging Stylist is a great option for those who want a lower price point than booking with a more senior stylist.
A Master Stylist is a talented, experienced hairdresser who is a well-established member of the RU&CO team in high demand for their services. They are masters of their trade.
An Executive Stylist is a client-centred salon leader who is skilled in customized cutting and coloring services. They are also skilled in advanced services, such as extensive colour projects and colour corrections. They are respected mentors to our team.
A Creative Director is a well-established and respected stylist with a hard-earned reputation for excellence.
With years, sometimes decades of experience, advanced education and the highest demand for their services, Creative Directors are involved in the training of our team and the development of RU&CO's seasonal collections.
There isn’t much a Creative Director hasn’t handled in their craft. They are leaders in the salon, and experienced mentors who pay their knowledge forward to the future generation of up and coming talent!
