We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, whether booked online, on the phone, or in person at the salon.

A cancelation fee of 50% of the value of the service for late cancelations and no shows. The cancelation fee will be invoiced or added to your next appointment. Any deposit paid will be forfeited.

If you provide the required notice to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your rebooked appointment.
