Free local delivery is available on all orders to the following postcodes: 8011, 8013, 8014, 8023, 8024, 8041

Deliveries are made by one of our team each week, on Wednesday

Local, contactless pick up is also available

You may, of course, elect to pay for postage for quicker delivery (see section on shipping in NZ)

New Zealand

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday at noon (excluding New Zealand public holidays).

Free shipping applies to all orders of NZ$70 or more. Orders under $70 and orders needing insurance or which contain dangerous goods will have a shipping cost calculated at check out.

Standard delivery goal is 1-3 business days
Courier delivery goal is the next business day


We currently only ship to New Zealand addresses


In the event that you need to return a product to us, our aim is swift and complete satisfaction and we will, of course, honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We do not issue refunds if you simply changed your mind about a product

If we have shipped the wrong product to you, we will arrange for the return of the product at our expense and dispatch a replacement immediately. (It doesn’t happen often, please accept our apologies!)
If you ordered the wrong product, please arrange to have it returned to us in its original, unopened packing. Once we have received it and established it is in a sale-able condition, we will dispatch a replacement. If you have used or opened the product we will not be able to accept a return.
If your product is damaged en route, please let us know immediately and return it to us as soon as possible. We will dispatch a replacement immediately upon receiving the damaged goods.
